LES-26 Ergonomic Pallet Strapping System
The LES-26 Ergonomic Strapping System was developed to make pallet strapping significantly more ergonomic, faster, and safer. Its innovative chain guide automatically feeds the strap under, over, and around the pallet. This allows a single operator to secure loads without having to bend down or walk around the pallet.
Particularly in logistics centers, production facilities, and the food, chemical, and building materials industries, the LES-26 provides noticeable ergonomic relief for employees and increased process reliability. A complete strapping cycle takes only about 20 to 30 seconds.
Efficient, ergonomic, and powerful
The LES-26 features a modern touchscreen control, a powerful dual drive, and a high-performance battery for extended use; over 1,000 strapping cycles can be performed on a single charge. After the automatic feeding process, the strap simply needs to be inserted into the strapping tool. The tool then automatically tensions, welds, and cuts the strap. This machine can process PET and PP packaging straps and is suitable for a wide range of load sizes, accommodating pallet heights up to 2.8 meters.
